The Pentagon is giving Congress a list of hundreds of projects that might be put off to pay for a wall along the southern border. President Donald Trump declared a national emergency at the border last month, allowing him to shift Defense Department funds to the border wall. The projects that could be cut span the world and have not yet been awarded to contractors. The list includes a barracks, fire station and solid waste management facility at Guantanamo Bay. The Pentagon says that it hasn't yet determined which border barrier projects need to be built.
