The Cleveland Indians pitchers Mike Clevinger and Zach Plesac will not make their next starts and it's not known how long they will be out, after both broke team rules by leaving the hotel on Saturday night in Chicago.

Due to this, Clevinger and Plesac both are in quarantine after breaking COVID-19 protocols..

Mike Clevinger was scheduled to make the start Tuesday, but that now will not happen.

Adam Plutko will now make the start for the Tribe against the Chicago Cubs...

Game time at 7:10 pm... on WMAN...

The Cleveland Indians have issued the followed statement:

"Today the organization learned that RHP Mike Clevinger violated team protocols on the club's recent road trip to Chicago. He has been instructed to quarantine and will undergo subsequent testing while away from the team. RHP Adam Plutko will start in his place on Tuesday night against the Chicago Cubs. The Cleveland Indians will continue to keep the health and safety of our players, coaches and staff members as our top priority."
