Jim Wilson has been a licensed Realtor since 1996 and the areas tops sales agent for 21 consecutive years. In 2016 my daughter Amanda, son Kirk and I started Wilson Family Realty. Over the past four years we have opened four real estate offices, Bellville, Loudonville, Mansfield and Shelby. We also open a title company, Mohican Valley Title which is a joint venture with Bud Vetter and Barrister Title Group. During our short period since opening we have grown to 35 real estate agents and finished 2019 as the #1 real estate brokerage in transactions according to the Mansfield Association of Realtors.
