Ashland University Women's Basketball Headed To NCAA Division II Final Four

The Ashland University Women's basketball team is headed to the NCAA Division II Final Four.

The Eagles on Monday night defeated the University of Texas at Tyler, 81-72, in the Elite 8 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Ashland has now won 35 in a row and AU will next take on Glenville State (33-2), who is from West Virginia and is the defending national champion. The game will be played on Wednesday, March 22 at 9:30 pm. Ashland is 35-0 on the year and was led in scoring Monday in the quarterfinal matchup by Annie Roshak with 24 points, while Zoe Miller chipped in with 15 points and Hallie Heidemann scored 14 points.
