A former Mansfield doctor, who was sentenced to life in prison in 1990 for the murder of his wife, died on Saturday.
RichlandSource.com reports, John Boyle on Friday was transported from the Marion Correctional Institution to a medical facility in Columbus, where he passed away Saturday morning. The trial of John Boyle drew national attention more than 30 years ago.
Boyle was 83 years old.
