Richland County Children Services Director, Nikki Harless, to Retire

The executive director of Richland County Children Services, Nikki Harless, has announced she intends to retire early next year.

According to RichlandSource.com, Harless plans to retire, effective January 31st of 2025, after spending over 30 years in the organization in various roles.

Harless, who started with the agency back in 1992 as an intern, while in college at OSU- Mansfield, has been the executive director since 2020.

The Richland County Children Services board is starting their search for a new executive director.
