On July 31st, 2024, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office & METRICH executed a narcotic search warrant at 1075 South Market Street in Galion. The target in the case was Amanda Rector, age 37, who resides at this address. Galion Police Department assisted in the search warrant.
Amanda was indicted by the Crawford County grand jury for trafficking in methamphetamine over bulk amount and in the vicinity of a juvenile, Felony 2. While searching the residence, Deputies located more methamphetamine over bulk amount, drug paraphernalia, loaded syringe and prescription medications.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office will be forwarding a report to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
