The Mansfield Division of Police would like to ask the community for assistance in identifying a suspect in a felony theft case we have been investigating.
On June 6th, 2024, the suspect (pictured below) walked into the Mansfield YMCA and gained access to a secured locker where two credit cards were stolen. This suspect then went to Best Buy in Ontario, Ohio and made major purchases with the credit cards. After leaving Best Buy the suspect went to Meijer in Ontario, where he used one of the credit cards to make another purchase.
Video surveillance shows the supect driving a silver/gray BMW (pictured below) which appears to have a spare or different wheel on the rear passenger side of the vehicle.
Detectives are requesting the communities assistance in identifying this suspect in an effort to bring him to justice.
