In Ashland County, the Hillsdale Falcons baseball team is heading to the state final four.
Hillsdale shut out Warren John F. Kennedy on Friday evening, 3-0, in the Division IV Regional Final at Louisville High School.
The (19-11) Falcons will now play Fort Recovery on Saturday afternoon, June 8th (4 pm), at Canal Park in Akron.
RichlandSource.com reports, this is Hilldale's first trip the state final four since 2019, when the Falcons finished state-runner up.
Hillsdale head coach, Jason Snow, said, the confidence in his team has continued to grow, especially after winning the district title.
