Ashland County Authorities Receive Tips In Case of Missing Man from 2005

Authorities in Ashland County searched two properties on Tuesday, after receiving several confidential tips in the case of a man, who has been missing for almost 20 years.

The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office and Ohio BCI, conducted two searches in the northern part of the county in Polk. A press release from the Sheriff’s department says, the search is part of an ongoing investigation of missing person, Benjamin Brubaker.


Brubaker was 30 years old, when he went missing in late 2005 from the Polk area. RichlandSource.com reports, two K-9s helped in the search of the properties. No other details have been released.
