In Ashland County, the Land Bank is considering a housing study.

According to RichlandSource.com, the flat fee would be $25,000 from a Columbus area firm to handle the work.

A grant looks like it would cover just over $11,000, which would mean the Land Bank would need to pick-up the remaining $13,000.

The study could help developers know the current needs in the area. The Land Bank plans to vote on March 15th, if they intend to help fund the study.
