The Lexington Minutemen defeated Madison on the road Tuesday, 67-38, to improve to 16-1 overall and remain perfect in the league at 10-0.
Lex got out to a 24-4 start after the 1st quarter, which saw them end the 1st frame, on a 17-0 run. The Minutemen led at halftime 38-12 and saw that lead stretch out to as many as 35 points early in the 4th quarter.
Elijah Hudson led the way for Lex with 16 points, 6 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 steals. Seven Allen and Brayden Fogle each added 12 points, while Joe Caudill had 8 points. Dantrell Hughes was big off the bench in the 1st quarter, as he scored 7 points during the big run.
Madison was led by Owen Wigton with 11 points and Will Kepple with 10.
