Two Ashland University Students Charged with Theft

Two Ashland University students have been charged with theft, according to RichlandSource.com.

The two females, both 18 years old, are members of the Ashland University swim team, allegedly stole merchandise from the Ashland Walmart.

The students each plead not guilty and posted bond of $3,000.

Ashland County Prosecutor, Chris Tunnell, said, it was determined they stole more than $1,100 in merchandise, but was recovered by the Ashland PD, inside of their dorm rooms.
