There was a bank robbery in Knox County on Thursday morning.
The Sheriff's Office says, deputies were dispatched just after 9 am to the First Federal Bank in Centerburg. The suspect, according to the Sheriff's department, displayed a handgun in his waist. The man was carrying a cane and fled the area, possibly on foot, in the alley, which is located behind the Subway.

A dark gray Jeep or similar vehicle with a temporary tag, may be involved. Anyone with information should contact authorities.
