The city of Mansfield, next month, will name a new police chief.
RichlandSource.com reports, new mayor, Jodie Perry, has named current police chief, Keith Porch, as the city's new safety service director, which will see Porch assume that role on February 28th. David Remy, Mansfield's Safety Service Director, recently announced his retirement.
Keith Porch, who has been the Police Chief in Mansfield for 5 years, has been in law enforcement for 30 years.
