Ashland County Sheriff's Office Detective, Placed On Administrative Leave

A 35 year old Ashland County Sheriff's detective has been placed on paid administrative leave.

According to RichlandSource.com, court record shows, Brandon Banks, faces a charge of misdemeanor domestic violence. Ashland County Sheriff Chief Deputy, David Blake, said, Banks took sick leave, while the case against him is pending.

The incident was reported on November 25th by Banks' wife, which was over a disagreement. A pre-trial has been scheduled for January 5th.
