The mayor in the village of Mifflin has won re-election, following a coin toss.

RichlandSource.com reports, the vote was 25 to 25, between the current mayor, Vickie Shultz, and write-in candidate, Fred Craig, after the count of provisional ballots by the Ashland County Board of Elections. Shultz won the toss, but there will still be a recount held, due to state law, on Tuesday, November 28th.
