A company out of Illinois has plans to build a more than $20 million dollar assisted living complex in Mansfield for seniors.
RichlandSource.com reports, the company, Vermilion Development out of the Chicago area, met with the planning commission this week to discuss the proposal, which would be 120 studio apartments. The three-story building would be located on Cline Ave on the site of the former Appleseed Middle School. A recent housing study showed a need for senior housing in Richland County.
