Scott Spitler announced on Tuesday - he is retiring from coaching football.
Spitler, overall coached 31 years and multiple schools, which included the last 15 at Lucas. The Cubs, under Spitler, have reached the postseason each of the last 10 consecutive years. During his run at Lucas, Spitler won over 100 games and lead his club to multiple regional finals - and one incredible state runner-up in 2019.
