Vickie Taylor, Health Commissioner, at the Ashland County Health Department is our featured CEO this week. Vickie was born in Michigan, but has lived in Ashland County for over 20 years. She is married and has a child and grandchildren. Vickie explains the 3 divisions of the Ashland County Health Department and all of the various services they offer to the public, which includes a new mobile health clinic.
