Mansfield Beats Lex, Alone in 1st Place, Holds Minutemen to 37 Yds Rushing

Mansfield Senior is now all alone in 1st place atop of the OCC, after beating rival Lexington on Friday, 37-10.

The TYger defense allowed just 37 yards rushing on 30 attempts, while their ground game went over 100 yards (165 ) for the 3rd straight game.

QB Duke Reese scored 4 TDs ( two rushing - 83 yards total) and 2 passing ( to Ja'ontay O'Bryant and Nate Dismuke). Defense - Maurice Bradley had another big game with 14 tackles and 1 sack, while Nate Dismuke added 10 tackles. Symirr Phillips had 2.5 sacks and 3.5 tackles for loss. O'Bryant also had another INT ( his 3rd on the year.)
