Anne Strouth recently took over as the director of the Ashland County EMA, Emergency Management Agency. Anne was born in Ashland and attended Loudonville High School. Strouth went to the University of Akron and NCTC for her education, then worked for Loudonville Police and the Highway Patrol. Learn about what all her office does in preparing residents for any type of weather or emergency.
