Ashland Police are looking for information about a 39 year old man from Kentucky, who last had contact with his family, back on September 6th, when he used a phone at Buehler’s in Ashland.
The Ashland PD shared that Lucas Kennedy did not have a vehicle or cell phone with him. He may have been looking for a ride back to Kentucky, but he also has family in the state of Indiana.
