Flooding that took place in late August in Ashland county, caused around $400,000 in damage.
According to RichlandSource.com, a total of16 homes and 6 vehicles sustained damage. Ashland County EMA Director, Anne Strouth, shared that several roads and bridges in the county were damaged too. The Ashland County Sheriff’s Dive team rescued 5 people from flooded roadways. Strouth said, she is not sure if any funding will be available for those that suffered damage.
