Ontario City Council has voted to rezone 12 parcels of land for business on Park Ave West.
According to RichlandSource.com, the rezoning includes the site of the former 43,000 square foot abandoned church, which was recently purchased by business man, Dan Niss.
Those parcels of land were zoned for office service, prior to the request. Bud Vetter, Attorney for Niss, said, they have some cool things we’re thinking about, but can’t talk about quite yet.
