The Highway Patrol is reporting traffic on I-71 South, near mile marker 181, just north of the Ashland/Richland County line, is backed up, due to a Semi that has caught fire. No injuries have been reported or any other vehicles involved. The Patrol says they received word on the incident around 4 pm.
