The Mansfield Planning Commission voted, 5-2, to deny any further delays for owner of the West Park Shopping Center. RichlandSource.com reports, the plan is for Mansfield to knock down the dilapidated structure and then bill the cost to the owners, West Mansfield Realty,LLC. The move could see a legal battle take place. Mansfield ordered the demolition last November, granted an extension until July 14th of this year, but nothing has yet be done.
