In Mansfield, City Council has delayed their vote on legislation to add a $75 monthly fee to resident’s water bills, who have not yet installed the new meter.

Council, earlier this week, decided to push back the vote until their next meeting on September 5th.Also, the legislation, if passed, would see that fee start in November, due to new meters not being in stock right now. Updated figures show, there are around 350 people that have not installed the new meter. The process has been going on for close to 4 years.
