A head-on accident on Saturday night in the Madison area resulted in 3 people being taken to the hospital.
The Madison Fire Department reports, the crash happened just before 6 pm on State Route 430, between Stewart Road and State Route 39. The victims were trapped in the vehicles and had to be extricated by emergency responders. One victim was taken by life flight to an Akron hospital, while the other 2 victims were transported locally to OhioHealth in Mansfield.
No further details have been release about the victims. That stretch of roadway remained closed, while the portion of SR 430 was cleaned up.
