A soil analysis, which will cost just over $10,000, at the site of the former Ocie Hill Neighborhood Center building in Mansfield has been approved by the Richland County Land Bank.

The 100 year old structure was demolished, earlier this year, and several developers have shown interest in building something on the property.

A company out of Toledo, the Mannik Group, will handle the work, at the just over 3 acre site, on Bowman Street.
