Richland County Clerk of Courts, Linda Frary, announced she is retiring at the end of June.
Frary was first elected in 2004 and has chosen to retire early, prior to finishing out her term, due to a recent diagnosis of ALS.
Linda Frary, said, she wants to thank the residents of Richland County, for their faith and trust over the past 19 years.
