A 48 year old Mansfield man was arrested on Monday and is facing 2 counts of felonious assault.
Assistant Police Chief, Jason Bammann, told WMAN, the man was riding a bike and punched a husband and wife, who were walking, in the face on the B&O Trail. Mansfield Police were able to take the man into custody shortly after 10:30 a.m. One of the victims, possibly, could have a broken arm. The incident is not believed to be random and remains under investigation.
