On 6/3/23 at approximately 0837 Crawford County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a crash on SR 61 north of Crawford Morrow Line Rd. Initial investigation indicated that a silver 2020 Honda Civic was traveling northbound on SR 61. The Honda Civic went into the opposite lane of travel and struck a maroon 2022 Freightliner semi truck. Driver of the Honda Civic was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Crawford County Sheriff's Office was assisted by Galion Fire/EMS and Ronks Towing. The crash remains under investigation, and no names of involved parties are being released at this time.
