In Ashland, a vacant home on West 4th street is going to be demolished.
According to RichlandSource.com, the home at 223 West 4th street was condemned by the city in 2022 and the Ashland County Lank Bank will cover the nearly $14,000 cost to bring it down.
Land Bank manager, Bill Harvey, said, Page Excavating is handling the work, which should be done sometime in June.
