Local Union, City Of Mansfield Could Be Headed To Arbitration

A local union and the city of Mansfield could possibly be headed to arbitration over a clause in their contract. 

 

RichlandSource.com reports, the Local union 3088, which includes general laborers like equipment operators at the waste water treatment plant, snow plow workers and utility collectors are looking for an additional 4.25% wage increase and the same bonuses that were given to Mansfield police and fire fighters.  The clause is known as, the “me too” clause.
