A Loudonville man was not injured in crash in Holmes County, which claimed the life of a man from Illinois.
The Wooster post of the highway patrol reports, the accident happened on State Route 3, while a crew from Illinois was handling brush clearing work.
The 41 year old man from Illinois, who was operating a utility terrain vehicle, was struck from behind by a truck. The man was taken to the hospital in Wooster, where he later died. Two other men from Illinois, both in their 20’s were not injured. That stretch of roadway was closed for 2 hours, due to the crash.
