The Clear Fork School Board of Education has voted to give current Superintendent, Janice Wyckoff, a 1 year contract.

RichlandSource.com reports, the vote of 5-0 comes despite widespread criticism of the district’s leader.

Board President Lori McKee said, the one year deal will allow the school to transition to a new superintendent, but avoid any possible litigation.

Wyckoff has been the Superintendent at Clear Fork for approaching a decade. The new one year deal will run from August 1st of 2023, through July of 2024.
