RichlandSource.com reports, Ashland Fire Chief Rick Anderson presented him with the honor and told the trustees, you’ve got a great guy here. Anderson said, there are close to 1,200 fire departments in Ohio and only 66 have an active chief that has received the Ohio Fire Chief Credential.
