A Madison Middle school student has been suspended and charged with inducing panic, after he allegedly made a list of students names that could be harmed.
RichlandSource.com reports, the 12 year old boy made the list on a school computer and later showed it to some students, who then reported it to school officials.
Madison Assistant Principal Andrew Kepple said, the student was suspended that same day. The boy, who made the list because the kids annoy him or talk too much, said he showed the list to other students as a joke and didn’t know anyone would take it seriously.
The Madison Schools said they are committed to a safe learning environment. The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is handling the investigation.
