Both lanes of US 30 were closed for a short time on Thursday morning. after a car caught on fire in the westbound lane in the Madison area.
A highway patrol dispatcher told WMAN, nobody was injured when the car’s engine caught on fire just after 7:30 am. The patrol and Madison Township fire department responded to help get traffic moving again shortly before 8 am.
