UPDATE: Snow levels, gusty winds, below zero temps and wind chills continue

Snow emergencies are slowly being downgraded across Mid-Ohio. Road crews continue to monitor conditions and while temps remain at or below freezing and the winds continue to gust upwards of 36 mph, road conditions are slowly improving but still remain slick and are seeing blowing and drifting.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until noon Sunday. Wind Chills can still range between 10 and 20 below zero, causing frostbite in less than 30 minutes for any exposed skin.

According to Richland County EMA Director Rebecca Owens, most of the power outages in Richland County have been restored.
