Lexington on Saturday night had the crowd jumping from the opening tip in the first game in their new gym, when freshman Brayden Fogle grabbed the opening tip just seconds into the game and slammed it home. The Minutemen would go on to beat Clyde 80 - 40 behind 3 players in double figures, Hudson Moore had 23 points and 12 rebounds, Fogle had 22 points (which included 4 dunks) and Baden Forup had 14 points. Lex is now 2-0 on the year. Head Coach Scott Hamilton was honored for becoming the all-time coaching wins leader in school history prior to the game. Hamilton got win number 162 on Saturday.
