The former Kingsgate movie theater in Mansfield will be torn down.
According to RichlandSource.com, the owner, Skilkengold said their plan is now to proceed with the demolition, even though they are still in talks with Irony Pony Motorsports about their interest in occupying space along Park Ave West.
The Mansfield Planning Commission voted Tuesday to give the developer 90 days to knock down the property, which is an extension beyond the original date of Dec 4th.
