16 Horses and other animals were rescued from a farm in Ashland County.
According to RichlandSource.com, the animals were in pretty bad shape at B&L Ranch on County Road 1475 with feces piled up inches to almost a foot high, along with injuries that have not been getting attention.
The Ashland County Humane Society is helping with the removal of the animals, while the Sheriff’s Office is investigation the situation. One Sergeant declined to comment when asked about possible criminal charges.
