Mayor Theaker announces, North Diamond Street, at the intersection of East Fourth Street, the south bound lane will be closed to all traffic on Friday, October 28, to allow for street repairs. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the work day. Paving work will continue through Tuesday, November 1. Motorists are urged to use caution in the area.
