This week more details and a timeline was given on the plan to build a new hotel with restaurants, office space and residential living on Walker Laker Road in Ontario.
RichlandSource.com reports, the developer out of Columbus wants to break ground on the four story hotel next summer (2023) and told the Planning Commission they would later add restaurants and townhomes or apartments.
There will also be more than 150 parking spaces for the hotel and restaurants.
