Ashland Man Accused Of Murder, Files Motion To Remove GPS Monitoring Device

A 71 year old Ashland man, who is accused of killing his son earlier this month, has filed a motion to be able to remove his GPS monitoring device.

RichlandSource.com reports, Stanley Gardner was released on $100,000 bond on September 16th and his lawyer says the device is constricting his swollen limbs. Gardner, who is in hospice care and only allowed to leave for medical appointments, is due back in court on Oct. 17th
