Brad Herman is in his 6th year as Superintendent of the Lucas Local School District. Brad was born in Orrville and grew up in Fredericksburg in Wayne County. Herman graduated from Waynedale before going to the University of Akron and Ashland University. Brad is married with 3 children and enjoying being outside in his spare time.
