Speeding continues to be a big problem in Ashland.
RichlandSource.com reports, one member of city council said the issue has not gotten better on his end of town, where people continue to speed down Smith road.
Ashland police say the number of citations and warnings issued from June through August of this year, compared to the same time frame last year 2021, are 45% higher.
