Ashland Mayor Matt Miller on Tuesday had some big news to share, as a Columbus company has agreed to purchase the vacant Pump House building located on Orange Street.
RichlandSource.com reports, the cost is $300,000 and the plan will be to demolish the old building and construct a new 3 story apartment complex with around 50 units.
Miller said the company is called Vision Development and estimated the investment in the Pump House project to be in the neighborhood of $30 million.
